The cost for my services is 4-8% of your collected payments each month or revenue recouped by the Billing Service and is dependent on your practice needs and complexity of work required. This fee includes all services including, but not limited to, insurance verifications/estimates to reconciling payments to following up on claims, client invoicing/communication as well as any insurance credentialing/contracting needs that arise along the way. My fees are invoiced to you on a monthly basis and are due 15 days from issue date. For Billing Training/Consulting services, I charge $75 per hour. If you are interested in doing your own billing and would like assistance with this process, I am happy to help you as little or as much as you need. This fee is also assessed for occasional troubleshooting questions for providers who handle their own billing, but would like to ask for help on occasional complex billing matters. *Please note I do not charge anything for quick email questions and am happy to help as I am able. |
